EBSCO Database links not working in NELSON

EBSCO links within NELSON are currently not working. The suppliers are working on a resolution, though in the meantime articles are available directly from EBSCO: http://search.ebscohost.com/login.aspx?authtype=ip,shib&custid=ns016882

JSTOR: Off Campus Access to Full-Text Content

Off-campus users of JSTOR may find a web browser certificate security message when trying to view full text content. The message can be acknowledged and accepted to continue to the view the content.

Wiley Online Library: Searching Unavailable

Searches in Wiley Online Library are not currently working.  The supplier is working on a resolution.

Key Note: Off Campus Firefox Issue

Key Note is now available off campus from all browsers apart from Firefox.  The publisher is currently working on a resolution.

Key Note: Workaround for On-going Off-campus Login Issues

To work around the on-going access issues two login routes are available for on campus and off campus users.

On campus users have direct access: http://library.northampton.ac.uk/databases/#r:76

Off campus user have login access: http://library.northampton.ac.uk/databases/#r:172

Off campus users will get a certificate security warning message and will need to add the certificate as an exception. Initial access may take up to 20 seconds.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause while the publishers are working on the issue.

Key Note: Temporary Alternative Login

Following an upgrade to Key Note please use the following login link, http://library.northampton.ac.uk/databases/#r:76 and then select ‘Go to the Eduserv login page’.

Royal Marsden Manual: Firefox Certificate Errors

Royal Marsden Manual is currently displaying a certificate security warning  message for Firefox users.  While the publisher is addressing this users can either use a different browser or add the certificate as an exception.
