Web of Science and Web of Knowledge server issues

Following a recent upgrade, Web of Science and Web of Knowledge are experiencing some server issues and users may receive messages reporting errors.

Thomson Reuters are working urgently to resolve these issues and apologise for the inconvenience to users as a result.
